Role Overview
This is a junior-level Field Project Manager position focused on performing stack testing and monitoring air emissions at the source. Although the role is not primarily client-facing, occasional communication with customers may be required. It offers hands-on field experience and provides a growth path toward a full Client Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform stack testing and air emissions monitoring directly at industrial sources
- Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
- Assist in project execution while following all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Take part in field activities such as equipment setup, sample collection, and documentation of data
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in stack testing or air emissions monitoring
- Ability and willingness to travel 50–70% of the time
- Physical capability to move around field sites and lift to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no recent DUIs)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating and interpreting monitoring equipment
- Familiarity with EPA regulations
- QSTI-1 and QSTI-3 certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 90–120 days of starting the role
