About the Role
Take charge of your shift by guiding the production team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering top-quality products safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do

Operate and oversee production equipment and systems.
- Lead, mentor, and support production operators, setting clear expectations.
- Ensure products are completed on schedule and batch documentation is accurate.

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards across the workspace.

Perform routine inspections and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and recommend process enhancements.

Foster teamwork, efficiency, and positive morale across departments.

Collaborate with management on basic employee performance issues.
Who Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of production experience.
- Comfortable with basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages, unit conversions).

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Forklift experience a plus.
Bonus Skills

Technical or college-level training.

Hazardous materials handling experience or certification.

Quality control, color matching, or shipping/receiving experience.
Work Setting & Physical Requirements
- Handle hazardous chemicals and lift heavy items (up to 55 lbs; 55-gallon drums using mechanical aids).
- Use of full PPE required (respirator, steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses).
- Able to stand, walk, or sit for up to 12 hours, including extended shifts or weekends.

Reporting Structure
All production operators on the shift report directly to the Production Operator Lead.
