Role Overview

The Treasury Management Support & Service Associate provides operational and technical support for treasury and cash management services. This role assists commercial clients with service inquiries, system support, and account maintenance while ensuring accurate processing of treasury-related activities and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Client Support & Service

  • Provide responsive customer service and technical assistance for treasury management products and services.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone or email and resolve operational or system-related issues.
  • Support online banking users, including troubleshooting and password reset coordination.
  • Assist with remote deposit installations and ongoing client support.

Treasury Operations

  • Assist with ACH, wire, remote deposit, and other treasury service activities.
  • Set up and maintain client access and configurations for treasury service systems.
  • Monitor account analysis statements for accuracy and pricing.
  • Prepare and track implementation requests for treasury service setups.
  • Ensure accuracy of new client setups and system records.

Account Maintenance & Documentation

  • Update and maintain customer files, account information, and service agreements.
  • Assist with new account setups, annual reviews, and documentation updates.
  • Maintain accurate records, including contact details, agreements, and exposure limits.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare reports and documentation for audits, reviews, and examinations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
  • Support department projects and operational tasks as assigned.

Compliance & Risk Awareness

  • Safeguard confidential information and follow established security procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Report suspected policy violations or compliance concerns.
  • Participate in required training and policy updates.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in banking operations or financial services preferred.
  • Familiarity with treasury management or cash management services is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
