Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support and grow business across Southern Florida. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and excels at building strong client relationships. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to outreach, strong market awareness, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales and profit targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, site visits, sales tours, and networking
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and prospects
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Identify opportunities through market and competitor insights
  • Partner with internal teams to support deal progression and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain organized records and ensure consistent follow-up

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to independently generate and close new business
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Spanish fluency is a plus

  • Southern Florida (must reside within the assigned region)
