Role Summary

The Inventory Supervisor will lead inventory control operations, warehouse accuracy initiatives, and process improvements within a fast-paced automotive environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, overseeing shipping and receiving activities, supporting compliance standards, and leading warehouse personnel to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in driving operational efficiency while supporting a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
  • Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and service parts operations
  • Supervise, coach, and support warehouse and inventory staff
  • Develop and improve SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate inventory data and logistics flow
  • Support compliance efforts related to IATF, ISO, JSOX, and safety standards
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Experience in inventory management within warehouse, distribution, or automotive environments
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS systems such as SAP, JDE, or similar platforms
  • Background in cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and materials handling
  • Leadership experience within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and automotive quality standards including IATF/ISO
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually
  • Profit-sharing bonus opportunity up to 10% of annual salary
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, plus approximately one Saturday per month for inventory reconciliation
  • Benefits available after 30 days: Medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and 401(k)
