- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.
- Track and improve client service processes to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client service, business development, or sales.
- Strong ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience with commission-based roles is a plus.
