- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasting tools and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability and working capital trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with operations teams to identify business risks, growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly business reviews, KPI dashboards, executive presentations and management reporting packages.
- Support pricing strategies, capital investment (CapEx) evaluations and business case development.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning methodologies and systems utilization.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and financial reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits in line with SOX compliance standards.
- Participate in special projects, strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analyses.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A, Corporate Finance or Financial Analysis experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel: complex formulas and functions, pivot tables, financial modeling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- MBA, CPA and/or CMA designation.
- Experience with Oracle EPM, Oracle ERP or other enterprise planning and forecasting systems.
