Materials & Inventory Operations Systems Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English SAP MM/IM professional to support materials and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment.

The Opportunity

The position is suitable for either an SAP functional professional or an experienced SAP business user with extensive hands-on Materials Management and Inventory Management knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP MM and IM transactions and operational processes.
• Assist materials, procurement, and inventory personnel with SAP issues.
• Provide functional troubleshooting and process guidance.
• Train Spanish-speaking operational users.
• Support integration with manufacturing and warehouse activities.
• Assist with basic EDI and IDoc monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive hands-on SAP MM/IM business-user experience.
• Strong SAP MM and Inventory Management knowledge.
• Experience supporting materials, procurement, inventory, or manufacturing processes.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Strong troubleshooting and user-support abilities.
• Availability for on-site work in Chelmsford.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Basic SAP EDI and IDoc knowledge.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to SAP PP or WM.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Relevant SAP certification.
