About the job Business Unit Head
The BU Head leadership position is focused on optimizing the sales & operations of the MaxiLife Business.
This is a revenue driven role and is heavily involved in maximizing the digital platform that is product based. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in strategic planning & execution of sales, driving effective operations, team management, and stakeholder engagement; directing and overseeing Company’s budgetary and financial activities; consulting with other board members, executives and staff about general operations; negotiating and approving agreements and contracts; appointing functional heads and members of the senior management team; analyzing performance indicators, financial statements and sales reports and identifying areas to cut costs while improving programs, performance and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Value Assessment
- Develop and establish a revenue framework based on midterm to longer-term strategies.
- Identify effective channels that are profit-based.
- Supervise the performance of various revenue channels in determining the effective business profitability.
- Lead the Sales Value Assessment team in the quantification of profit value, using metrics such as ROI, customer reach, and engagement.
Channel Operations
- Identify a seamless process of operations that support positive experience for the customer.
- Collaborate and align with the process development of the other division in creating simple, effective and faster operations.
- Manage the Sales Operations team responsible for executing selling product strategies relevant to insurance.
- Ensure that market nuances are taken into account in planning and execution, promoting alignment between regional and national sales objectives.
Team Management
- Lead specialized teams in various sales channels and operations.
- Mentor and develop team leads, set objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team for effective brand and product strategies across various sales channels.
- Manage effective planning and budget allocation for all brand and product operations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage actively with internal and external stakeholders to align brand/product operations with the overall objectives of the MaxiGroup.
- Represent the Sales & Operations team in internal meetings and external partnerships.
Qualifications:
- With business acumen and operational skills to execute the company strategy.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, work ethics and professional values in sales & operations.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical skills for effective planning and decision-making.
- Proven capability to lead and manage diverse teams.
- Strong skills in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
