About the job Lead, Product Deployment
The Deployment Product Lead is responsible for the overall implementation plan of new products of the organization. The role is also responsible for ensuring that standards and key metric requirements of the product and the company are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement the end-to-end product implementation process aligned with the companys overall vision and goals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact during the deployment phase.
- Engage in the development of deployment process of new and existing products.
- Prepares the customer journey and user experience together with inputs from concerned departments/teams.
- Ensure quality assurance process for deployment and ultimately meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization including Actuarial, Operations, Transformation and Technology, Risk Management and other committees to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and program execution by periodic monitoring of profitability and viability of insurance plans and riders and adjusts as necessary.
- Recommend process alignment and compliance with company and regulators rules on product development and management.
- Provide feedback to the Product Strategy Team on product designs as a result of challenges encountered during deployment stage.
- Accountable for the initial product setup in the system, if applicable.
- Responsible for the cascade to internal stakeholders from product design, pricing, implementation process and overall user experience of the new or revised product, upon approval from Insurance Commission.
- Conducts benchmarking and product comparison activities to analyze product competitiveness.
- Define scope and requirements, assess technical feasibility, user needs, and bridge business goals to ensure products and features are scalable.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization including Actuarial, Operations, Sales and other committees to ensure that all the variables are captured and properly modeled.
- Identify best practices and tools for product implementation and deployment process.
- Implement policies that align with MaxiLifes goals, objectives and strategies.
- Perform any other tasks that may be directed to do.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree holder in BS Mathematics, Statistics and other relevant courses.
- At least 5 years experience in life insurance or similar experience with key focus on Actuarial Product Development Individual Product Pricing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in the application of Actuarial Software such as FIS-Prophet and Axis is an advantage.
- Data analytics skills are welcome as well as previous leadership experience
