Financial Planning and Forecasting Assistant Manager

This position will mainly focus on assisting all business units in planning and managing expenses. It is responsible for monitoring attainment of business performance indicators and assessing risk factors. It will also be involved in a cost benefit analysis function that will help business unit to make a sound decision in terms of budget utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in Financial Planning
• Touch base with all department to ensure alignment of budget expenses with the top-line target
• Ensure documentation of the assumptions used in budget runs
• Perform variances analysis between actuals vs. budget
• Recommend initiatives to mitigate financial risks
• Review and analyze monthly department cost centers / expense reports
• Assist Management Reporting SM to provide timely and relevant reports needed by internal stakeholders such as SMT, JE, ExCom and BOD
• Assist Management Reporting SM in Other Finance related functions and projects

Qualifications:

• CPA  is an advantage or experience in financial analysis and/or reporting
• Must have 3 to 4 years of work related experience as officer in a financial institution or insurance industry
• With experience in working with individuals and teams within and outside the Finance team
  
• Good oral and written communication skills
• High analytical skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent excel knowledge and other MS office tools
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
