Starting at £26,416 per annum increasing to £27,024 per annum following a successful trial period
You also have opportunity to earn uncapped weekly bonus
Job Description Mobile Manager
Title: Mobile Manager
Reports To: Area Manager
Job Purpose:
To support the Area team and your area, with relief branch cover looking after each branch you work in as if it were your own. To ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with. Set an example to colleagues & ensure an excellent service is provided to our customers. Be open minded on your own personal development & play a big part in other colleagues development.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Promote a positive, diverse, inclusive and welcoming work environment for all branch colleagues.
- Ensure high branch standards, including maintenance, display, stock holding, administration, customer service, training and daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Carry out full branch security checks including branch Health & Safety.
- Carry out cash & banking checks in line with company procedures
- Carry out branch stocktaking
- Support Area Team with recruitment
- Mentor, train, develop and provide support to new starters
- Positively motivate colleagues
- Communicate with Branch Manager and Area Team on any findings/support that may be needed for the branch and/or colleagues.
- Take part in branch sales tests by maximising sales.
- Willingness in developing your own personal skill set & knowledge
- Complete an act of kindness every day for customers or colleagues
- Be prepared to cover unsociable hours should the business require
This role is a flexible role & appeals to someone who feels they can easily adapt & take responsibility for any task given.
