Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to support our team with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (physical and digital).
- Prepare and format reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the administrative needs of multiple departments
- Assist in organizing organization events, meetings, etc ...
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Speaks and writes Arabic (Not Required)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role
- May require occasional overtime or weekend availability based on business needs.
