Medical Assistant / Scribe

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Scribe to support a healthcare provider by managing patient documentation, assisting during exams, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during medical visits
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with basic clinical procedures
• Record vital signs and update patient records
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient follow-ups
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA or RMA)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Compassionate and professional bedside manner
