Job Summary:

ICD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to support our team with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.

  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (physical and digital).
  • Prepare and format reports, memos, and other documents as needed.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Support the administrative needs of multiple departments 

  • Assist in organizing organization events, meetings, etc ...

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Speaks and writes Arabic
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • High school diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role 
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend availability based on business needs.
