The position
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated individual as Group & MICE Officer. Thesuccessful candidate shall be organising & coordinating Groups while maintaining and developing supplier and clientrelationships.

The role - Principal Responsibilities
- Quoting, organizing, coordinating and generally handling Group requests and group visits
- Develop new and strengthen existing business partnerships
- Develop new products and services to proactively promote and drive growth of the Group business
- Liaise with industry partners and suppliers to negotiate and manage contracts

- Excellent organisational skills and customer service orientation
- Experience in building and maintaining strong partner relationships
- Awareness and ability to comprehend, analyse and present data

- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Trustworthiness, honesty and commitment
- Experience working within a similar role within the travel & tourism industry shall be considered as an advantage
Qualifications
- BA or College degree in Tourism Management, Business, Hotel Management, Economics, Finance or related fields is a pre-requisite
- Excellent IT literacy skills and a proficient computer user
- Good command for the English language is a must
- Knowledge of a foreign language may also be considered as an advantage (French, German, Spanish, Polish)
- Driver's licence is essential as the role requires you to travel within Cyprus
Remuneration and working conditions:
- A competitive and comprehensive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant based on his/her qualifications and experience - €17,500 – €25,000
- The successful candidate shall be employed on a 5-day week basis at the Larnaka Head office.
- Working hours: 9:00-17:00
