Digital Content Creator & Assistant Marketing

We are seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Digital Content Creator to develop, produce, and manage engaging digital content across various digital channels to achieve business goals. This role combines strategic planning to drive online engagement, boost brand visibility, generate sales turnover and provide support to the marketing department.

What are the TASKS?

• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Create high quality multimedia content (e.g videos, graphics, blog posts, social media updates, podcasts)
• Coordinate outsourcing activities under the supervision of Marketing Manager
• Manage end-to-end digital projects
• Manage and optimize content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook,
• etc.).
• Establish web presence to boost brand awareness
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.
• Liaise with Marketing, Operations, and Business development, HR and L&D teams to ensure brand consistency
• Suggest and implement direct advertising methods to increase profitability
• Assist the Marketing Manager in any relevant task of the department

What skills wil be REQUIRED:

• Degree in the field of Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Designs or related field.
• Work experience of 2-3 years in relevant position
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital trends.
• Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and content management tools.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

• Monthly Gross Salary 1700 - 2000
