We are looking for a Middleweight Designer (2-4  years of experience)

We are preferably looking for someone who speaks English fluently or as a first language.

Insights to the Role:

• Generating creative ideas, and concepts for digital marketing material, events, and print.
• Be responsible for creating unique brands for Cyprus and abroad.
• Preparing templates, documents, presentations, and reports following the branding guidelines.
• Develop engaging digital content for social media platforms, web banners, and email chains.
• Upload graphic material to the website platforms. The company will provide training if required.
• Present initial design concepts to the Marketing and Sales Coordinator and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
• Exceptional typography and layout skills.
• Explore new platforms and new ways of executing ideas.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Greek and English Language.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and take initiative.
• Working independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and time-management skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design & Communication.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Video editing skills will consider a bonus.
• Follow the new trends and deal with rapid change.
• Detail orientated.

Benefits - 

• Gross monthly salary: 1300 -1700 depending on skillset and portfolio 
  
• Full time /all year round
• Based on a 5 day week but may be required to work a 6th day which will be paid for or received in lieu - Sundays will be required for the summer period for the  Wave Pool Party
• 8 hours per day
• 24 paid annual holidays
