SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR - English Speaking 

Our company is active and growing in the construction sector.  Our director requires a helping hand, with the appropriate compensation of course so we are in need of a secretary/administrator.

As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the companys workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system on Excel for budget, clients and suppliers
  • Arrange for the payment of the company's running expenses (Waterboard, Electricity etc)
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • It is a must to have excellent knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets, as it will be a basic tool of the position 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High school diploma or Diploma in Office Administration 

Starting salary:  950 net (while training) 

Office hours:  08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday - 08:30 - 13:00 Friday
