Hotel Accountant

A prestigious and high level Hotel in Protaras is looking to hire a Chief Accountant for its Finance Department

• Manage daily financial transactions, including processing invoices, posting payments, and tracking hotel revenue.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to assess the hotels financial performance.
• Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and employee benefits.
• Coordinate with department heads to compile budgets, monitor spending, and implement cost-control measures.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audits, providing all required financial records and explanations for financial practices.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance
• Professional Qualifications in Acoounting - LCCI Higher
• Experience in the Hotel Industry and familiriaty with Hotel Operations
• Renumaration Package:

Wages 1500-2000 p/m depending on experience
