Salary & Benefits
(a) Τhe Employer shall pay to the Employee, while this Agreement is in force, a basic salary of 1053 (Monthly GROSS Salary), and payable at the 3rd of the next month. To the above salary the Cost-of-Living Allowance (COLA) and Service charge 8 credits are included.
(b) From the gross monthly salary will be deducted the 8.8% for Social Insurance, 2.65% for Gesy and 10 euro for the Union. Provident Fund is provided optional after the first year of employment. In that case the employees contribution is in his/her decision 3% /5%/7% or 10% 933 (Monthly NET Salary)
Food Allowance and Discounts: The Employees are entitled to a free lunch or Dinnerduring their shift. They also have the benefit of a 20% discount for their friends and/or family.
Company provides bonus for the following reasons:
1. Summer Bonus of 115euro over and beyond the salary for the position of
Bartender (01/05/2024 31/10/2024)
2. Relocation Bonus of 10 euro, for every shift covered to another store than the store of employment.
3. Travelling expenses in case of travelling in another store than the store of
employment.

Tips
At the end of each shift the waiters deposit 5euros for the Back of House and Runners. The total amount collected at the end of the month, is allocated from the company to BOH and Runners, based on their monthly working hours.
Working Hours
(a) The Employee shall work in a Full-Time basis, 48 weekly working hours in 6 days aweek. The Company may require from the employee to vary the pattern of work hrs.
(b) Annual leaves
The Employee is entitled to working 25 days annual leave with pay. During the summer period annual leaves will not be approved. For employees that will cover minimum 16 weeks of service the annual leave balance will be paid in their last salary.
Overtime work
(a) For every hour of overtime work he/she shall be compensated at the rate 1:1 ½
(b)For every hour during official holidays, duty he/she shall be compensated at the rate 1:2
hours,
(c) The employee to whom overtime compensation is paid has no right for any other allowance for overtime work.
National holidays
The Employee shall be entitled to the following fifteen (15) official holidays with pay:
1st January 6th January, Green Monday, 25th March 1st April, Good Friday, Easter, Easter
Monday, 1st May, Whit Monday, 15th August, 1st October, 28th October, 25th December, 26th
December.
3. The Employers contribution:
(a) Insurance
Shall provide for the Employee:
(a) An Industrial Accidents Insurance.
(b) Medical Insurance.
(b) Trade unions subscriptions
Shall deduct from the Employees monthly salary the trade unions subscription of 10.00 (Ten
Euros) as provided by the relevant Collective Agreement. The Employer shall distribute the
amount of the subscriptions to the trade union PEO.
(c ) Social Insurance, Income Tax, GESY
Shall be liable to contribute, within the periods provided by the Social Insurance Laws, the
contribution specified by the said Laws for the benefit of the Employee and make all necessary
arrangements with the District Labor Office (Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance). The
Employer shall deduct from the employees salary any employees obligation to Social
Insurance and/or Income Tax provided by the Cyprus Law.
