Job Description

As a Telemarketing and Sales Operator, you will be a key part of our Outbound Customer Contact Department, responsible for engaging with existing customers to collect feedback and promote additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to gather feedback and offer relevant products & services.

• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

• Utilize basic computer skills to log customer interactions.

• Communicate professionally and effectively in both written and spoken English.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Basic computer and typing skills.

• Sales experience is not required, but good communication skills are essential.

• A friendly personality with the ability to hold engaging conversations.

• A positive, determined attitude with a willingness to succeed.

• Prior sales experience abroad is a plus.
