ANIMATORS - EU CITIZENS OR RECOCNISED REFUGEE STATUS 

Job Description: SEASONAL 6 DAY WEEK 10AM 6PM

We require Animators/Entertainers to provide queue line and childrens entertainment in and around the park. Your job will be to provide extra fun and enjoyment to the guests whilst they here at Waterworld.

You will be fully responsible to develop, organize and manage an entertainment schedule throughout the season including games and competitions for adults and children. You will order the required equipment for the entertainment and set up the designated area for the entertainment within the park.

You will also prepare promotional material in order to inform all the guests of the day's entertainment schedule as well as ensuring relating departments are kept informed of the time and location of the programme.

This position is seasonal only. Accommodation may be provided to the successful candidate.

Required Qualifications

Experience or qualifications in performing arts would be advantage. Portfolio may be requested

Must be fluent in spoken and written English

Knowledge of a second language will be deemed an advantage

Other Requirements

Applicants must:

· Have a talent in media/performing arts

· Be 18 years and over

· Have good customer care skills and experience in dealing with people

· Be friendly, outgoing and have excellent communication skills

· Work well with children

· Work well on own initiative and as part of a team

- New members of staff will be expected to provide police clearance
