Duties
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries.
- Upsell products and services to enhance sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all stock is properly displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Conduct product demonstrations as needed to promote new items or special offers.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system.
- Ability to upsell products through effective sales techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Experience in supervising or training new staff is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with stock management practices to maintain inventory levels.
- Willingness to perform product demos to engage customers.

- 17:00 - 23:00 on a 6 days/week basis
