Job Summary:

Our client in Preston is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and ultrasonic welded products. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a steady hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble cable assemblies and wiring harnesses with precision.
• Perform ultrasonic welding tasks to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all products meet quality requirements and specifications.
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain production efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Nimble fingers and excellent hand-eye coordination for delicate assembly work.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
• Friday: 07:30 - 13:00 (early finish every Friday!)

Starting wage: £11.44 per hour
Potential pay increase: £12.44 per hour after continued service.
