We are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join our clients team in Preston. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates looking to secure a long-term role with career growth. Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment to assist in the production process.
• Assemble, inspect, and pack products to meet quality standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform general production duties and support the team in meeting daily targets.
• Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

• Dexterity and nimble fingers to handle small components with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
