Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
• Friday: 07:30 - 13:00

About the Role:
We are looking for a Production Operative to join our client's team based in Walton Summit, Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and progress in a production environment. Full training will be provided, so experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with production line operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Adhere to strict health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed production targets.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience in a similar production role is preferred but not essential.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Starting wage: £11.44 per hour

Potential pay increase: £12.44 per hour after continued service.

Overtime: Available at the normal rate (voluntary, no premium)
