Role Overview
We’re hiring for a Founder’s Office Associate a high-velocity generalist role for young, mission-driven hustlers who want a front-row seat to scaling a global climate venture. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO on a wide range of projects spanning strategy, operations, fundraising, policy, partnerships, and special experiments.
This role is about solving whatever challenge comes next rapidly, resourcefully, and with insane attention to detail. Think: researching regulatory structures in Zambia one day, launching a pilot in Seoni the next, helping close a funding round, or setting up a franchise in West Africa. You’ll have extreme ownership, brutal learning curves, and incredible exposure.

Key Responsibilities
High-Stakes Problem Solving
Take on urgent, ambiguous challenges across domains research, ops, finance, policy, and strategy and drive them to completion fast.Project Leadership
Own 0-to-1 initiatives (e.g., setting up a new vendor partnership, building an internal system, preparing for an investor diligence).Executive Support & Strategic Firefighting
Shadow the founder in key meetings; prep decks, briefs, and follow-ups. Jump into any crisis and help resolve it with urgency and intelligence.Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as glue across field teams, product, science, and external partners. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks and everything moves on time.Research & Analysis
Dive deep into new topics from agri economics in the Sahel to MRV protocols and produce crisp, actionable summaries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience, ideally in high-performance environments (consulting, investing, startups, fellowships, or top-tier academic institutions).
Track record of taking initiative and getting sh*t done with or without structure or precedent.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; can brief senior leaders and field teams alike.
Works well under extreme pressure and long hours thrives in fast-paced, demanding environments.
Deep curiosity, humility, and willingness to learn anything fast.
Bonus: exposure to climate, agriculture, policy, or rural operations.
