About the Role
Our client is expanding their professional services team in EMEA and seeks a Team lead to manage and scale their onboarding efforts. This role is an ideal blend of leadership, client engagement, and onboarding new enterprise customers. You will play a key role in driving onboarding success while guiding a team responsible for seamless product deployment and adoption.
You are a leader and mentorempowering your team, inspiring collaboration, and driving efficiency through structured processes. With a problem-solving mindset, you will navigate challenges, optimize workflows, and act as the escalation point for onboarding-related concerns.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and customer success managers to ensure smooth transitions from sales to full product adoption. Your insights and strategic approach will help shape the future of implementation processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of Onboarding Managers, ensuring successful processes and continuous professional growth
- Serve as the subject matter expert on our solutions, guiding your team through technical onboarding and addressing escalations
- Oversee day-to-day operations, supporting client interactions and stepping in on key calls when necessary
- Develop tailored implementation strategies for enterprise clients based on their workflows and business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring potential risks and challenges are proactively addressed
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, post-launch support, and product adoption
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the onboarding framework
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team in Onboarding Management, Implementation Management, or Professional Services (At least 3 years)
- Strong background in managing enterprise client relationships and delivering SaaS solutions in a global setting
- Hands-on experience with SaaS implementations, system integrations, and technical configurations (e.g., YAML, XML, JSON)
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities in English
- Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles and experience with tools such as JIRA & Confluence
- Flexibility to accommodate US time zones (e.g., evening availability)
Other Qualifications:
- Understanding of IT standards, applications, and User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in the HR tech industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
