About the Position
MateHR is seeking a talented developer on behalf of our client, a Fortune 500 company, to develop and implement scalable solutions to challenging issues. This role involves taking ownership of features from initial concept through to client delivery.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with distributed systems utilizing Kubernetes (k8s) architecture, and have hands-on experience with ArgoCD.
You will be expected to maintain high standards in managing production environments, with a focus on thorough testing, effective monitoring, and robust alerting to ensure system stability.

You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and fellow engineers to integrate advanced AI functionalities into our offerings.

What We Are Looking For
Core Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in the industry, with expertise in Python
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React
- Proficiency in Kubernetes (k8s), ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with integrating third-party APIs
- Knowledge of modern queuing systems like RabbitMQ, Celery, or Kafka
- Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, scalable infrastructure and scalable system design
- Experience with test cases and test-driven development (TDD)
- Database experience (both SQL and No-SQL)
- Self-motivated, passionate about technology and solving intricate challenges
Nice to have
- Experience in product delivery
- Familiarity with Argo Workflows
- Experience with ETL processes and building data pipelines
