What is a day in the life of our perfect candidate?

- Maintain and develop sales processes using online marketplaces (Amazon, Otto, Kaufland and others).

- Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers

- Deliver the highest levels of operational execution in collaboration with in-house sales team

- Responsible for the financial performance of Marketplaces on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

- Lead the development and implementation of existing and new marketplace selling strategies

- Evaluate the competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth

- Partner with Operations and other parties of the in-house team to ensure the best Sales results

Maintain and develop a reporting platform with the relevant KPIs for both internal use

Work with the Founder of the company to plan and strategize a long-term roadmap for Marketplaces to drive significant increases in revenue

Have a passion for continuous improvement and building and automating processes.

What do I need to thrive in this role?

- Best practices and great experience in PPC campaigns (Helium 10)

- Previous experience in sourcing new vendors and bringing new products into the market

- Experience leading commercial efforts across multiple European marketplaces (Must have Amazon; Nice to have Otto, KauflandBol, Otto, Zalando, Allegro, etc)

- Previous experience in managing a team and/or assistants (Nice to have)

- Outstanding analytical and data management skills

- Highly motivated, and focused on outcomes.

- 2-5 years experience managing Amazon / PPC / Helium 10 campaigns

- German and English (both B2 or better)
