The role:

We are looking for a Talent Partner to work with one of our clients in Europe.

Your Impact @ Matchr:

In your role as a Talent Partner, your mission will be to build key relationships with the stakeholders and the rest of the hiring team. You will turn talent into hires by building strong stakeholder partnerships and talent processes while working as an individual contributor with a solid focus on delivering top candidates for our client.

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

• Relevant experience (5+ years) as an all-round Recruiter with experience hiring within different business areas such as Commercial and HR
• Experience managing high-volume hiring needs
• Experience working in a high-growth environment a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment with a very hands-on attitude

• Fully Remote, Based in Europe
