The role:

We are looking for Generalist Recruiters to work with some of our very exciting clients in various sites predominantly in the Netherlands. The contracts range from 3 to 12 months, with the potential to extend.

Your Impact @ Matchr:

In your role as a Generalist Recruiter, your mission will be to build key relationships onsite. You will turn talent into hires by building strong stakeholder partnerships and talent processes, while working as an individual contributor with a solid focus on delivering top candidates for our client.

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

• Relevant experience (3+ years) in hiring generalist roles (HR, Finance, Operations & Sales) roles and strong preference for 2+ years of recruitment agency experience
• Experience working in a high growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment with a very hands-on attitude
• Experience recruiting in the European market and collaboration with international clients
• Good experience with stakeholder management and building scalable recruitment processes

Location:

• Collaborate in our hybrid model, depending on the client but typically 2 days onsite in the Netherlands client office and 3 days remotely from anywhere
