What Were Looking For:

We're seeking talented individuals with a passion for recruitment and a strong drive to succeed. Ideal candidates will have:

- Experience in hiring generalist roles (HR, Finance, Operations & Sales) roles
- Experience working in a high growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment with a very hands-on attitude
- Experience recruiting in the European market and collaboration with international clients
- Good experience with stakeholder management and building scalable recruitment processes
- Open to work on a hybrid model, depending on the client but typically 2 days onsite in the Netherlands client office and 3 days remotely from anywhere
