The Role:
As a Talent Sourcer, youll play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent. Youll build strong pipelines, collaborate with Talent Partners, and use innovative sourcing strategies to connect with the best candidates worldwide.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, market research, and proactive talent outreach.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines across various functions.
- Analytical mindset to track sourcing performance and optimize strategies.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
