The Role:

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a crucial role in helping one of our European clients scale, by delivering top candidates and building strong stakeholder relationships.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience hiring into either Tech (Software Engineering, Product, Leadership, Design) or Corporate Functions (Commercial, HR, Sales, Marketing etc)

• Ability to create, improve and calibrate Sourcing Strategies

• Extensive senior stakeholder management skills

• Able to map your market, draw insights and create an actionable strategy for success

• Experienced in delivering results in a high-volume and fast-growing environment

• Able to utilise core metrics, the latest tools & AI to identify process improvements

• Fluent in English.
