What we do:

We provide embedded sourcing and recruitment services to our clients on a subscription-based model. We work with start-ups, scale-ups and corporates, typically but not limited to the technology domain. Our clients include names like TikTok, Miro, Eneco, Deel, Stripe and Booking.com.

The role:

We are looking for German speaking Generalist Sourcers to work with some of our very exciting clients. 

Your Impact @ Matchr:

As a Generalist Sourcer, you are on a mission to find and turn candidates into hires and work as an individual contributor, with a solid focus on delivering top candidates to one of the fastest-growing companies in the world.

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

• Fluent in oral and written German
• Relevant capability (2+ years) in hiring non-tech (sales, commercials, marketing) roles.
• Experience working in a high growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced organisation
• Experience recruiting in the European market and collaboration with international clients.
• Strong experience in sourcing: Building searches, creating talent mapping reports, and providing market insights through effective communication to stakeholders
