We are looking for an Operations Associate to enhance, streamline and automate our recruiting and reporting processes, enabling data-driven decision-making and efficient operations. You will work closely with our co-founder and CFO/COO Maarten, who brings 6 years of experience, including an INSEAD MBA, in management consulting, and is looking for a right-hand partner to support business growth and

You will also oversee project management within Matchr, ensuring smooth coordination across various teams and initiatives. Your ability to keep projects on track and facilitate communication between stakeholders will be essential to our success.
What you will bring to Matchr:
- Over 3 years of relevant experience working with data and project management
- Proven experience with and passion for
automation tools and technologies
- Familiarity with
AI or machine learning in the context of operations or analytics
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to develop and manage automated systems
- Advanced Modelling skills
- A keen eye for det

- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights clearly

You will work closely with our Co-Founder Maarten, a serial entrepreneur in the recruitment industry. As Matchr continues to grow, your responsibilities will also increase, giving you ample room to grow. This can be more in the technical direction or in the overall operations direction.
