What we do: 

We provide sourcing and recruitment services to our clients. As a recruiter in Matchr, you will be working under an embedded model. This means that you will be part of the client's recruitment team and fully dedicated to them. Some of our clients include Miro, Ampelmann, Adyen, Lyft, Eneco among other great companies.

In your role as a Talent Partner, you are on a mission to turn candidates into hires, work as an individual contributor with a very strong focus on delivering top candidates for our client.

What you will be bringing to Matchr: 

• Relevant capability (2+ years) in non tech recruitment (Finance, Payroll, HR, Customer Service, Sales roles) 
• Experience in high-volume roles and able to handle different requisitions simultaneously 
• Fluency in English and Dutch both in speaking and writing 
• Experience working in a high growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-moving environment 
• Background with recruiting on the Dutch market  
• Strong stakeholder management skills 
• Being in the Netherlands and travel to the office in Zwaagdijk 2-3 times per week
