As the organization continues to strengthen its internal operations, the company is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day employee administration, payroll, statutory compliance, attendance monitoring, and compensation-related reporting.


Job Role

The HR Admin & Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR administration and payroll operations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor and statutory requirements.

This role will serve as a key operational support function for the organization, covering employee records, onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave administration, monthly payroll, BPJS administration, and compensation analysis.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, numerically strong, and comfortable handling confidential employee information. The role will also provide management with accurate HR data and workforce insights to support compensation reviews, productivity monitoring, and workforce planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and securely manage employee master data, employment contracts, NDAs, attendance records, leave records, and other personnel documentation.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor daily attendance records, including check-ins, check-outs, lateness, leave, and absence.
  • Prepare monthly attendance and workforce reports as supporting data for payroll and management review.
  • Monitor workforce productivity based on established KPIs, deliverables, or performance indicators.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, confidentially, and within the required payroll schedule.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, PPh 21, and other applicable compensation components.
  • Administer employee registration, updates, and monthly contributions for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Ensure HR administration and payroll processes comply with applicable Indonesian labor and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with BPJS officers, tax authorities, banks, and other external parties where required.
  • Support management in preparing salary adjustment simulations based on inflation, market considerations, and individual performance.
  • Assist in developing performance-based bonus and incentive calculations.
  • Prepare compensation and workforce cost simulations to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare accurate monthly HR, attendance, payroll, and productivity reports for management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee personal, payroll, and compensation information.


Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an HR Admin, Payroll Specialist, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR Operations role.
  • Direct experience handling HR administration and payroll for an agile organization or team environment.
  • Practical understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll calculations, PPh 21, and BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Strong understanding of employee administration, attendance management, leave administration, and employment documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas, or strong experience using HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and data-management capabilities.
  • Experience preparing compensation simulations, salary adjustments, or performance-based bonus calculations is highly preferred.
  • Adequate English communication skills for internal coordination and documentation.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong integrity and commitment to employee data confidentiality.
  • Proactive, organized, communicative, and able to work independently.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple HR administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines.
