About the job Sales Manager (Energy and Offshore)

  • Find new potential customers and suggest marine products and systems that meet their needs.
  • Analyze sales leads and plan business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Work with proposal and technical teams to create quality proposals and ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 4-8 years of relevant experience and a strong sales record.
  • Good understanding of the marine industry in the Energy Sector; experience as Ex-Sailors, Ex-Radio Officers, or Ex-Navy personnel is a plus.
  • Strong network and customer contacts with local and regional shipyards and ship owners.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills, with opportunities for career advancement.
