Chef De Partie

  • Guide junior team members.
  • Help prepare food and check food quality.
  • Record food wastage, order and receive stock.
  • Conduct month-end inventory checks.
  • Discuss kitchen operation improvements.
  • Maintain hygiene standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by superiors or management.

Requirements

  • Minimally 2-5 years experience managing kitchen operations
  • Computer savvy to manage all related paperwork
  • Experience in managing food costs and wastages
  • Candidate must have had prior experience managing outlets' kitchen operations

Split Shift: 12 noon to 10.30pm

In between: around 2hours break
