Chef De Partie
- Guide junior team members.
- Help prepare food and check food quality.
- Record food wastage, order and receive stock.
- Conduct month-end inventory checks.
- Discuss kitchen operation improvements.
- Maintain hygiene standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements
- Minimally 2-5 years experience managing kitchen operations
- Computer savvy to manage all related paperwork
- Experience in managing food costs and wastages
- Candidate must have had prior experience managing outlets' kitchen operations
Split Shift: 12 noon to 10.30pm
In between: around 2hours break
