About the job Corporate Sales & Event Executive

Salary: Up to $3,000 + Commission
Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9.30am 6pm

Location: Near Tai Seng MRT

Jobscope:

  • Generate and manage leads from corporate clients, event partners and key account
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on sales enquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Work closely with marketing to identify new outreach opportunities and campaigns
  • Assist in the setup, coordination and execution of corporate and private events
  • Liaise with venue partners, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth event flow
  • Support product presentation, tasting sessions and brand activations
  • Oversee logistics such as stock movement, display setup and bar/event materials
  • Provide on-site support during corporate events (weekday evenings or weekends where required)
  • Maintain and update CRM / sales pipeline reports
  • Coordinate invoicing and post-event documentation
  • Support the team in ad-hoc duties related to marketing or sales operations

Requirements:

  • Willing to learn and speak to people from all industries
  • Min 12 yrs of experience in corporate sales, event management or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen interest in wines, spirits and luxury lifestyle events is a plus
