Sales and Marketing Manager

Working Location: Leng Kee, MacPherson, Defu

Working Hour: Depending on duty roster, with minimum 6 days off per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and budget are kept in line.
• Oversee and manage events held, ensure the standards and guidelines are kept inline.
• Analyse performance indices for marketing events and operations, provide recommendation for improvements when necessary.
• Understand market and industry trend, prepare marketing strategy for promotional campaigns, events and digital marketing.
• Handle and be aware of the opportunities in digital marketing world.
• Plan and execute digital marketing, including the social media presence.
• Keep track of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI) and (KPI).
• Work with creative agencies, media agencies and internal stakeholder to drive sales and services.
• Negotiate advertising contracts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry.
• Possess bachelors degree in marketing, business studies, mass communications or equivalent.
• Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to build relationships across multiple teams as well as with alliance partners.
• Good project management capabilities, process-oriented with good end-to-end follow-up skills and focus on detail.
