Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key influencer across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences online.
  • Negotiate with both influencers/networks/MCNs and work with internal and external legal teams to execute influencer contracts
  • Implement integrated influencer campaigns that are aligned with brand strategy to meet business objectives
  • Administer vendor invoices, vendor forms, purchase orders and fulfilment
  • Distil actionable insights from campaigns and work with our analytics team to measure the impact of our influencer outreach work and deliver detailed client reports
  • Master, grow and maintain our proprietary platform and an internal network of influencers to facilitate the creation and distribution of authentic, relevant branded content.
  • Identify influencer/ambassador opportunities across markets.
  • Establish and build influencer and partner relationships
  • Develop influencer case studies and generate awards entries
  • Stay on top of industry trends, the latest influencer and digital media advancements and relevant campaign

Skills Requirements:

  • Manage key collaboration partners' activities
    (SAFRA, Country Clubs, Interior Design etc.)
  • One year at a regional or national PR or
    influencer marketing agency is strongly
    preferred.
  • Experience identifying, recruiting and
    managing influencer/ambassador programs
    for large, national consumer-facing brands
  • Experience pitching/negotiating influencer
    placements, including experience working
    with management agencies and influencers without management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience communicating with internal and external client teams
  • Acute understanding of and passion for
    influencer marketing, blogs and digital media
    with established influencer relationships
  • Ability to approach each influencer
    campaign with a positive outlook and strive
    for continuous improvement and optimisation
  • Ability to effectively work independently with
    the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline
    driven environments
  • Ability to help develop creative campaign
    strategies and influencer promotions that
    resonate with the target audience to achieve
    our client's campaign goals
  • Must be able to handle multiple campaigns
    simultaneously and have excellent personal
    organisation skills and great attention to detail
  • Extremely Internet savvy and knowledge of
  • Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint,
    Word and Outlook) to assist with finance and
    client reporting
