Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling of internal complaint from production, sales etc.
  • Handling of external complaint from customers.
  • Analysis the complaint and establish statistical data by identifying sample size and acceptable error.
  • Monitor and review quarterly data based on customers complaint.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement and reduction of complaint.
  • Provide technical support to the customer.
  • Manage of detective material return.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics & Electrical, Chemical Engineering and relevant field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Problem solver.
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking.
  • Knowledge of IATF16949 will be an added advantage.
  • With statistical knowledge.
  • Attention to detail.
