About the job Customer Quality Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of internal complaint from production, sales etc.
- Handling of external complaint from customers.
- Analysis the complaint and establish statistical data by identifying sample size and acceptable error.
- Monitor and review quarterly data based on customers complaint.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
- Provide recommendations for improvement and reduction of complaint.
- Provide technical support to the customer.
- Manage of detective material return.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics & Electrical, Chemical Engineering and relevant field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Problem solver.
- Ability to perform multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of IATF16949 will be an added advantage.
- With statistical knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
