About the job Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans to increase business opportunities for the assigned customers/team. Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
- Execute design activities of reference design in IC/Semiconductor customers. Align with the internal Product Team to conduct sales promotion activities for prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Continue to conduct business meetings and customer visitations.
- Business performance review. Support customers' technical & business inquiries.
- Enhance products and technical knowledge and at the same time stay up-to-date with industry and market trends and conditions.
- To perform IC marketing activities to identify trends and target business.
- Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners (Design House/System Integrator/government agency) to derive a business plan for existing/new markets.
- Drive and influence the promotion activity in OEM customers of target market and application through global IC reference design activity.
- Undertake other MARCOM and Marketing Support group activities.
Job Requirements
- Min 2-3 years experience in B2B Sales experience, preferably in IC/Semiconductor industry.
- Positive attitude in challenging work environments.
- Proactive and persistent mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform multitasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to analyse data and prepare reports and presentations.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates with engineering background/ seeder experiences are welcomed.
