Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to increase business opportunities for the assigned customers/team. Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
  • Execute design activities of reference design in IC/Semiconductor customers. Align with the internal Product Team to conduct sales promotion activities for prospective and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Continue to conduct business meetings and customer visitations.
  • Business performance review. Support customers' technical & business inquiries.
  • Enhance products and technical knowledge and at the same time stay up-to-date with industry and market trends and conditions.
  • To perform IC marketing activities to identify trends and target business.
  • Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners (Design House/System Integrator/government agency) to derive a business plan for existing/new markets.
  • Drive and influence the promotion activity in OEM customers of target market and application through global IC reference design activity.
  • Undertake other MARCOM and Marketing Support group activities.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2-3 years experience in B2B Sales experience, preferably in IC/Semiconductor industry.
  • Positive attitude in challenging work environments.
  • Proactive and persistent mindset.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform multitasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates with engineering background/ seeder experiences are welcomed.
