Senior Accountant/Accountant

We invite suitable candidates to join our Finance team to support and supplement our management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/ yearly management, group & financial reporting with accuracy and integrity for periodic and annual reporting to HKSE.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

• Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities with business partners

• Responsible for month-end closing activities such as review/preparing journal vouchers, reconciliation, analysis of revenue, expenses, absorption, variances, cash flows, and balance sheets audit schedules movements

• Assist in inventory costing, variances tracking and reporting

• Review/Prepare monthly GST filing

• Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.

• Assist in the preparation of Annual Statutory Financial Statements and liaison with bankers, auditors, corporate secretary, and tax agents

• Assist in projects and ad-hoc assignments

Qualification & Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience with strong hands-on exposure

• Good working knowledge of Singapore GST and accounting standards.

• Familiarity working with ERP Navision preferred

• Preferably with advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office skills,

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Experience in Manufacturing and FMCG is an added advantage.

Permanent placement

5-day work week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm

Annual income SGD 40,000 to SGD 65,000
