An ITSM Administrator manages and optimizes the IT service management platform, handling service requests, upgrades, documentation, and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with IT security standards
- Manage and enhance service requests on the ITSM platform.
- Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and ensure optimization.
- Support service management activities and solution design.
- Build, modify, and report on service requests and catalogs.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with automation teams.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service catalog management.
- Experience with ITSM tool configuration and automation integration.
- Familiar with reporting tools and IT security best practices.
