An ITSM Administrator manages and optimizes the IT service management platform, handling service requests, upgrades, documentation, and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with IT security standards

• Manage and enhance service requests on the ITSM platform.
• Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and ensure optimization.
• Support service management activities and solution design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service catalog management.
• Experience with ITSM tool configuration and automation integration.
• Familiar with reporting tools and IT security best practices.
