About the job Logistics Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with office tasks and document preparation.
  • Verify cargo counts and conditions, deciding whether to accept or refuse shipments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
  • Prepare monthly reports on import, export, and delivery status.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level.
  • One or more years of experience in the logistics industry.
  • Basic PC and WMS knowledge.
  • Ability to understand and speak English.

Working Hours:

  • 8am - 6pm
    (Monday - Thursday)
    8.30am - 5.30pm
    (Friday)

Benefits:

  • Up to $1900 Basic + $100 (transport allowance applicable even with company transport provided)
  • Sign on Bonus - $1000 (must be confirmed and fulfilled 6 months)
