Job Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and input accurate data into internal systems (e.g., ERP or CRM software)
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing
  • Support the sales team with customer proposals, pricing sheets, contracts, and promotional materials
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a smooth ordering experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and delivery schedules
  • Assist with inventory checks and ensure product availability information is current
  • Track sales team performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
  • Coordinate product samples and promotional deliveries as needed
  • Ensure all processes comply with licensing laws and alcohol sales regulations
  • Help organize sales meetings, events, and trade shows as required

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role (preferably in FMCG, alcohol, or beverage sectors)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM systems, and order processing tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of alcohol licensing laws and distribution regulations is a plus
